InfoComm Latin America will return with a programme that goes beyond product exhibitions.

The organisers will expand live demonstrations, participatory spaces and training sessions to show how solutions work within a complete system.

Following its first edition, the show expects to welcome more than 7,000 attendees and occupy around 4,000 m² of exhibition space, with nearly 100 exhibitors and more than 120 brands. However, one of the most interesting changes lies in how the technology will be presented: fewer isolated devices and more scenarios in which image, sound, control, content and design are combined for a specific purpose.

Technology to explore, hear and experience

  • AV that Inspires. An immersive LED tunnel and a digital art gallery will welcome visitors before they enter the exhibition area. The aim is to demonstrate how visual content, design and technology can transform the perception of a space from the very first encounter. The experience is presented by LEDEC.
  • AV that Creates. The Digital Graffiti Wall will bring the gesture of spray painting to an interactive surface. Attendees will be able to interact with it, while Mexican artists will create works live during the show. Beyond its visual impact, the installation illustrates participatory AV applications in entertainment, activations, retail and public spaces. Graffiti+ and MEITEC are participating in the experience.
  • AV that is Felt. Pulse will be an approximately seven-minute piece in which spatial audio, video mapping, lighting and lasers operate in synchronisation. The same space will also host conferences and panel discussions, combining technical demonstrations with professional content. The experience features Serpro, LANG Technik and L-Acoustics.
  • AV that Communicates. Throughout the three-day event, the AVIXA TV Podcast Studio will produce interviews with manufacturers, exhibitors and industry specialists. The studio will allow visitors to observe a real production workflow while generating content that will continue to circulate after the show. Tecno Planet and Sony are participating in this space.
  • AV that Renews. Re Lounge will combine design, well-being, digital art and audiovisual technology in an area intended for conversations, meetings and relaxation. It offers a simple reminder that AV integration is measured not only by the visual impact of an installation, but also by how it helps make a space useful, comfortable and consistent with its purpose. The concept is presented by Foto Commo.

A broader educational programme

The educational programme will expand to nearly 50 sessions held across four simultaneous rooms over the three days. Content will be organised into areas including the AVIXA Congress, technical Pro AV, broadcast AV, events, business, digital signage, learning spaces, enterprise IT, conferencing and collaboration, sustainability and immersive experiences.

New additions include a full-day AI Summit dedicated to the application of artificial intelligence in audiovisual environments. The programme is aimed at AV professionals, end users, technology managers and decision-makers who need to understand where AI can provide value and what its incorporation into real systems entails.

Training sessions from manufacturers including Audinate, Datapath and Deneva have also been confirmed. A CTS Quick Prep course will take place on 20 October, before the show opens, and for the first time in 2026, attendees will be able to take CTS exams during all three days of the event.ICAL regreso 4 HI

Beyond the exhibition venue

The organisers will also expand the programme of tours focused on installations and integrated experiences. Three off-site visits and a practical tour of the exhibition floor are planned, with the latter aimed particularly at first-time visitors and end users.

This approach helps place technology in context. For an integrator, viewing a display, camera, audio system or control platform in isolation provides product information; observing how they work together within an experience makes it possible to assess issues that later arise in real projects, including signal flow, interoperability, operation, content, maintenance and user experience.

From catalogue to experience

The evolution of InfoComm Latin America reflects an increasingly visible trend in the professional market: the value of an AV solution depends less on an individual device and more on how different systems work together.

For those who design, integrate or manage corporate, educational, retail, hospitality, broadcast, control or entertainment spaces, this shift makes demonstrations that allow technologies to be tested in operation particularly valuable. The 2026 edition aims to build on this idea by transforming part of the show into an environment where AV can be seen, heard and analysed under conditions closer to real-world applications.
