SailPoint's office in Pune, India, can turn two independent meeting rooms into one larger collaboration space at the touch of a button, with a Kramer system.

Designed and delivered by SRSG Broadcast India, the system combines audio, 4K video, wireless collaboration, USB and centralised control. SailPoint, founded in 2005 and a global leader in enterprise identity security, needed meeting spaces that adapt easily to different needs while offering a consistent experience for in-room and remote participants.

Two neighbouring rooms had to work independently for everyday meetings and also become one larger space for executive presentations, training and town hall events. When combined, audio, video, USB and control work as one; when separated, each room returns to independent operation without users reconfiguring anything.

The solution runs on a dedicated AV network. Users select Room 1, Room 2 or Combined mode and the system coordinates the required functions behind the scenes.

Video and collaboration

A Kramer VS-66H2 matrix switcher routes multiple video sources to displays across the rooms. SWT3-22-HU-WP-T wall plates provide USB-C and HDMI connectivity for laptops, and VIA Connect3 enables wireless presentation. EXT3-TR and TP-583R HDBaseT solutions carry 4K60 video and control over structured cabling, with USB extension via the EXT3-TR.

Audio for hybrid meetings

Dual Kramer DSP-62-AEC processors provide acoustic echo cancellation, automatic microphone mixing and noise suppression, with processing logic for both independent and combined configurations. Audio is amplified by a PA-240Z and distributed through ceiling loudspeakers.

The SWT3-41-U lets cameras, microphones and other USB peripherals be shared between the rooms, so nothing has to be reconnected when the configuration changes, supporting BYOD workflows on platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

One-touch control

The KC-Virtual Brain1 coordinates video routing, audio processing, USB management and room combining. RC-308 wall controllers offer one-touch operation, with an iPad interface for additional controls.
