Sennheiser will showcase new developments in connectivity and wireless systems at InfoComm Latin America.

Audio quality remains one of the most important factors in ensuring that hybrid meetings, conferences, classes and professional presentations run smoothly. In increasingly connected spaces, the challenge is not simply to capture sound clearly, but also to deliver solutions that are easy to install, straightforward to manage and compatible with today's workflows.

With this in mind, Sennheiser will participate in InfoComm Latin America 2026, where it will showcase new solutions for collaboration, conferencing, wireless audio, management software and interoperable ecosystems.

According to Armando González, Pro Sales Manager at Sennheiser, the event will provide an opportunity to engage with integrators, consultants, end users and AV professionals looking to explore first-hand the technologies shaping the future of connected spaces.

Audio for smarter collaboration spaces

One of Sennheiser's main focuses at the event will be its range of conferencing and hybrid meeting room solutions. Visitors will be able to explore technologies designed to facilitate communication in medium-sized and large spaces, where speech intelligibility, coverage and ease of operation are essential.

Among the new products will be the TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus, a ceiling microphone developed for flexible collaboration spaces. The solution combines simplified installation, scalable performance and audio clarity, using enhanced beamforming technology to deliver consistent sound throughout the room.

The new microphone also incorporates PartnerLink, a feature designed to simplify the configuration of compatible Sennheiser microphones within third-party AV platforms. This reduces the number of deployment steps and speeds up system commissioning in professional environments.

All-in-one solutions for hybrid meetings

Sennheiser will also showcase its TeamConnect Bar Solutions, all-in-one conferencing solutions designed for today's hybrid meeting spaces.

These bars combine premium audio, ease of use and integration with collaboration platforms, helping small and medium-sized meeting rooms deliver a more consistent experience for both in-person and remote participants.

In a market where businesses are looking for meeting rooms that are easier to operate while delivering better audio and video quality, these solutions address a very specific need: reducing complexity without compromising performance.

Spectera and the evolution of wireless audio

Another highlight will be the Spectera Wireless Ecosystem, which Sennheiser describes as the world's first bidirectional wideband digital wireless ecosystem.

This approach aims to redefine wireless workflows through greater flexibility, simplified coordination and real-time control. For professional applications, events, productions, corporate environments and settings where spectrum management is critical, the goal is to provide a more efficient way of managing complex wireless systems.

Software for more efficient AV system management

Sennheiser's presence at the event will also place a strong emphasis on software. The company will showcase tools designed to simplify wireless and audiovisual management at different stages of the workflow.

These include DeviceHub, a cloud-based platform for monitoring and centrally managing Sennheiser devices. The platform gives technical and IT teams greater visibility and control over their systems, particularly in organisations with multiple meeting rooms, sites or distributed devices.

Other solutions on show will include Wireless Planner, designed to optimise the configuration and deployment of wireless systems, and SoundBase, developed for unified coordination and control.

These tools reflect an increasingly clear trend in the AV industry: the need to manage devices, rooms and audio ecosystems more efficiently, particularly as projects grow in scale and complexity.

A connected ecosystem with strategic partners

Alongside its products and platforms, Sennheiser will demonstrate how its solutions integrate with leading AV platforms and strategic partners. This partner ecosystem aims to facilitate more connected, interoperable deployments that are better suited to today's workflows.

For integrators, consultants and technology managers, this approach can offer a significant advantage: solutions that do not operate in isolation, but form part of broader AV architectures in which audio, control, collaboration and management work together.
