The new TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus combines high-quality audio, simplified deployment and scalable management.

Sennheiser has announced the launch of TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus (TCC M Plus), a new ceiling microphone designed to deliver ease of use and exceptional sound quality, combining streamlined installation with clear and natural voice pickup for meeting participants.

Building on the success of the TeamConnect Ceiling range, TCC M Plus combines Sennheiser’s renowned audio performance with a new generation of features designed to reduce deployment effort, simplify system configuration and support the management of scalable AV environments.

PartnerLink: Direct configuration within supported platforms

One of the key innovations of the TCC M Plus is PartnerLink, Sennheiser’s integration feature designed to simplify microphone configuration within leading AV platforms.

The first implementation, developed through close engineering collaboration between Sennheiser and Q-SYS™, enables the TCC M Plus to be configured directly within Q-SYS Designer Software, simplifying audio integration and control alongside native Q-SYS components.Sennheiser TCC 2 HI

Our collaboration with Sennheiser is focused on making it easier for customers and integrators to bring high-quality audio into Q-SYS. With the Q-SYS Extension for Sennheiser PartnerLink, we are streamlining deployment and simplifying the integration of Sennheiser audio and key control and automation elements while preserving the well-known flexibility of the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform, said Gary Evans, Director of Alliances at QSC®.

PartnerLink is launching for Q-SYS environments and will gradually expand to additional platforms. TCC M Plus continues to support Sennheiser’s open ecosystem approach, offering reliable and validated integration options across a broad network of technology partners.

Flexible integration for diverse AV environments

Beyond PartnerLink, TCC M Plus continues Sennheiser’s established interoperability approach, offering multiple integration methods to accommodate different system designs and customer requirements.

Integrators can deploy Sennheiser microphones using proven technologies such as Dante and other verified integrations, ensuring consistent workflows across a wide variety of room types and platforms. This flexibility allows organisations to standardise their audio solutions with Sennheiser while choosing the architectures and platforms that best suit their needs.

Designed for modern collaboration spaces

As hybrid work and learning environments continue to evolve, audiovisual systems are becoming increasingly complex and interconnected. The TCC M Plus has been developed to address this reality by combining high-quality audio with simplified setup, commissioning and management.

Thanks to features such as dynamic beamforming and enhanced exclusion zones, the solution delivers clear and natural voice reproduction that adapts to changing room layouts and participant positions, ensuring every contribution is heard clearly. The new exclusion zones simplify the configuration of specific areas, improving desired audio pickup in complex rooms and enhancing the reliability of camera-tracking systems.Sennheiser TCC 3 HIAt the same time, the TCC M Plus reduces the effort required to design, deploy and manage systems, delivering a more consistent and predictable experience for integrators, AV/IT teams and end users alike. Its flexible installation options and coverage area, suitable for medium and large spaces, make it ideal for meeting rooms, classrooms and divisible spaces.

In addition, TCC M Plus supports scalable deployments through single-cable connectivity options and centralised management tools, helping organisations standardise solutions across multiple rooms and locations.

Centralised management with DeviceHub

Alongside its integration capabilities, TCC M Plus integrates with DeviceHub, Sennheiser’s cloud-based platform designed to simplify large-scale device management.

This integration provides direct access to the TCC M Plus for configuration and monitoring without the need to install additional tools. DeviceHub offers centralised visibility across rooms, buildings and regions, with remote monitoring, configuration, diagnostics and role-based access control to enable secure collaboration between AV and IT teams.

This allows organisations to manage large-scale AV deployments more efficiently, reducing operational overhead without compromising system performance.

Built for scalable, future-ready AV environments

The TCC M Plus has been designed to meet the needs of integrators, AV/IT managers and organisations deploying collaboration solutions at scale.

By combining simplified commissioning with flexible and reliable integration options, alongside centralised cloud-based management, the TCC M Plus enables organisations to deliver consistent, high-quality audio experiences while reducing the effort required to deploy and manage these systems at scale.
