DeviceHub expands its integration with TeamConnect solutions and continues to evolve within professional AV environments.
Sennheiser continues to advance the development of DeviceHub, its cloud-based device monitoring and management platform for professional audiovisual environments. Among the latest developments are the addition of the new TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Plus (TCC M Plus) and the development of DeviceBridge, an application designed to integrate a broader range of devices into the platform’s ecosystem.
DeviceHub enables centralized monitoring and management of devices distributed across different rooms, buildings, and locations through a unified cloud environment. Designed for distributed AV deployments, it provides a scalable foundation for the remote management of a growing range of Sennheiser solutions.
The addition of TCC M Plus further expands the range of devices that can be managed through the platform and reinforces the company’s strategy of extending cloud-based management across both new AV installations and existing systems.
Since the launch of DeviceHub, one of the most common questions from customers has been when and how additional devices would become part of the platform. The addition of new compatible devices such as TCC M Plus, together with our roadmap for broader integration, reflects that evolution, explains Iain Horrocks, Product Marketing Manager at Sennheiser.
Since its launch earlier this year, DeviceHub has continued to evolve through new features and regular updates. One of the most recent enhancements is the ability to perform bulk firmware updates, a valuable benefit for organizations managing large numbers of devices.
This continuous development approach allows new functionality to be introduced as soon as it becomes available, helping users benefit from ongoing platform improvements and increasingly advanced management capabilities.
DeviceBridge simplifies the integration of existing installations
As part of this evolution, Sennheiser is developing DeviceBridge, a local application designed to facilitate the integration of existing Sennheiser devices into DeviceHub environments.
Installed on a local server, DeviceBridge will enable devices that were not originally designed to operate with the platform to connect to DeviceHub. In addition, it will simplify cloud connectivity management by reducing the need to configure each device individually.
In its initial phase, DeviceBridge will support TeamConnect Ceiling 2 and TCC M, while future updates will add compatibility with SpeechLine Digital Wireless and EW-DX.
DeviceBridge is expected to become available in autumn 2026.
