InfoComm Asia 2026 concludes with professionals from 77 countries and 3,800 organisations in attendance.
The event concluded successfully after three days of business networking, technological innovation and knowledge exchange, bringing together leading figures from the professional audiovisual (Pro AV) industry, technology innovators and high-level buyers from across the region, reinforcing its position as Asia's leading industry trade show and the premier meeting point for the professional audiovisual and integrated experiences community.
Held from 15 to 17 July at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, the sixth edition welcomed 6,638 professional attendees from 77 countries and regions, with 44.2% of visitors coming from international markets.
More than half of attendees in leadership positions held manager-level responsibilities or above, while one in three occupied director-level positions or higher, reflecting an audience with genuine decision-making authority and influence over technology investments across sectors including corporate, education, government, healthcare, hospitality, retail, broadcasting and live events.
Over the three-day event, InfoComm Asia 2026 connected exhibitors with representatives from approximately 3,800 commercial organisations spanning businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare organisations and technology integrators, reinforcing its position as Asia's most far-reaching platform for Pro AV business development.
Among corporate end users, more than one in eight held C-level positions (CEO, CIO, CTO, etc.), while over one-third were senior executives. In addition, the exclusive Invited Guest Program brought together more than 60 senior technology buyers from 12 countries, representing a combined total of nearly US$73 million in already approved budgets for projects scheduled over the following 12 to 18 months.
The opening session featured representatives from Thailand's National Innovation Agency (NIA), the Thai Association for Educational Communications and Technology, and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), whose support highlighted the event's importance to the country's innovation, education and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) sectors.
Technology professionals and industry leaders including AVI-SPL, Shen Milsom & Wilke, LANG AG, ESCO Group, Singapore AI Association, Association for Audiovisual & Educational Technology Management Australia, Ho Chi Minh City Digital Transformation Center and the Hochiminh Computer Association also attended, seeking to discover new technologies, meet suppliers and explore business opportunities.
Artificial intelligence takes centre stage at the 2026 edition
Artificial intelligence (AI) was the event's central theme. Exhibitors demonstrated how AI-powered technologies are transforming workplaces, communications and digital experiences through intelligent collaboration platforms, advanced videoconferencing solutions, next-generation LED displays, office automation and immersive environments.
Attendees experienced first-hand how innovation is redefining the future of the professional audiovisual industry across virtually every sector.
Asia's platform for launching Pro AV innovations
InfoComm Asia 2026 hosted more than 20 global and Asia-Pacific regional product launches, reaffirming its role as one of the leading showcases for new professional audiovisual technologies.

A meeting point for major business opportunities
The Invited Guest Program once again facilitated direct meetings between exhibitors and buyers with pre-planned investment projects.
More than 60 buyers from 12 countries, with approved budgets already in place, took part in the programme to assess projects related to corporate, education, government, healthcare, hospitality, broadcast and live entertainment.
During the exhibition, 700 pre-arranged business meetings were held, generating significant commercial opportunities for exhibitors and buyers alike.
Learning with international industry leaders
Alongside the exhibition, the InfoComm Asia Summit delivered one of the most comprehensive educational programmes in Asia's professional audiovisual industry. The most popular sessions focused on artificial intelligence, workplace transformation, educational technology, immersive experiences, broadcast innovation and integrated experience design.
Smart Workplace Experience
One of the event's key highlights was the Smart Workplace Experience, developed in partnership with UDD Technologies. This immersive showcase recreated a fully connected office where visitors explored AI-enabled meeting room solutions, workplace automation, unified communications, digital signage, smart controls and integrated collaboration tools.
Strengthening the Pro AV community in Asia
Beyond showcasing technology, InfoComm Asia strengthened the industry's professional community through initiatives such as AVIXA Xchange LIVE, InfoComm Asia 101, Discovery Tours, themed exhibition tours and exhibitor demonstrations, all of which encouraged knowledge sharing, trend discovery and the development of new business relationships.
During the event, three new strategic partnerships were also signed with the Ho Chi Minh Computer Association, AV Connect Vietnam and the Association for Audiovisual & Educational Technology Management Australia (AETM).
