Sharp Display Solutions Europe has launched a Q-SYS Verified plugin for Sharp and NEC large-format displays.

Compatible with both current Sharp models and existing installed NEC displays, the solution enables them to be integrated into the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform for centralized control and monitoring.

Developed by Sharp Display Solutions in collaboration with Q-SYS, the plugin provides integrators and users with a ready-to-deploy solution for audiovisual projects based on the platform.

The solution enables users to manage functions including power on/off, input selection, volume and brightness control, device status monitoring and access to diagnostic functions. It also supports the extensive set of control commands developed by Sharp.

The new plugin has achieved Q-SYS Verified certification, confirming that the integration has been developed in accordance with Q-SYS standards and validated by Control Concepts, ensuring compatibility and reliable operation within the Q-SYS audiovisual ecosystem.Integrators can therefore incorporate Sharp and NEC displays into Q-SYS-based projects more easily, reducing configuration times and simplifying system management. The plugin is now available for download through Q-SYS Designer Asset Manager, where the configuration guide and full list of compatible models are also available.
