WORK in Progress and LAECOR create a new sound atmosphere at Carhartt Donostia powered by AUDAC and Powersoft.

WORK in Progress entrusted LAECOR with the development of the audio installation for the Carhartt store in Donostia. The project is based on a solution using AUDAC and Powersoft technologies, designed to provide uniform sound coverage while integrating discreetly with the aesthetics of the retail space.

Uniform and discreet sound coverage

AUDAC's VIRO and CELO take control of the sound experience

To provide sound throughout the space, a combination of AUDAC surface-mounted loudspeakers and in-ceiling solutions was selected, configured to deliver homogeneous coverage across the different areas of the store.
The installation includes four AUDAC VIRO5/W units, a loudspeaker series designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, renowned for its versatility and ease of architectural integration.

The system is complemented by seven loudspeakers from the CELO series, a premium ceiling speaker range designed to deliver natural sound with minimal visual impact.

Thanks to their ultra-slim SlimLine™ bezel design and reduced mounting depth, these loudspeakers integrate almost invisibly into any environment. Their paintable magnetic grille enables seamless integration with the surrounding aesthetics, while their high-quality construction ensures precise and balanced acoustic performance.The installation comprises four AUDAC CELO6i/W in-ceiling loudspeakers and three AUDAC CELO8Si/W in-ceiling subwoofers. This combination enhances sound coverage and provides balanced audio reproduction throughout the space while maintaining discreet integration with the store’s interior design.

Powersoft completes the audio system

Amplification is handled by two Powersoft Mezzo 604 A units, a platform developed for fixed installations that combines a compact format with the performance required for commercial and retail applications.

Thanks to this configuration, the system provides an audio solution tailored to the store’s needs, ensuring uniform sound distribution across the different areas of the venue.

With this project, WORK in Progress and LAECOR have opted for a solution based on AUDAC and Powersoft technologies to enhance the shopping experience at the Carhartt store in Donostia through an integrated audio system tailored to the demands of the retail environment.
