The university has standardized on Nureva systems to deliver a consistent audio experience and simplify technology management.
Nureva has announced that Universidad Europea, a private institution with campuses across Spain, has deployed more than 400 audio conferencing systems in classrooms, auditoriums and meeting spaces. With this deployment, the university has standardized its audio infrastructure to support hybrid learning and collaboration across the campus.
The deployment reflects Universidad Europea’s commitment to creating a consistent and equitable experience for both in-person and remote students, while simplifying technology use for instructors and AV/IT teams. University staff highlight Nureva’s audio solutions for their adaptability, long-term reliability, ease of installation and configuration, as well as their ability to be managed remotely at scale.
We have hundreds of spaces, including auditoriums, classrooms and meeting rooms. Nureva is the brand that covers all of these situations with the same technology. My team loves the simplicity. Instructors can focus on teaching instead of troubleshooting, and thanks to the high-quality audio, students enjoy a consistent experience whether they are in the room or participating online, said Daniel Milner Resel, Chief Digital Officer at Universidad Europea.
“One of the biggest advantages is how easy the systems are to install and configure”, said David Lozada, Systems Coordinator II — HyFlex/Audiovisuals at Universidad Europea. “Each unit can be installed in as little as 10 minutes and calibration is automatic. After that, they simply work”.
Universidad Europea’s Nureva systems integrate with the institution’s existing technology ecosystem, including interactive displays and PTZ cameras. In addition, the AV/IT team uses Nureva Console for remote management, system monitoring and one-click software updates across its installed infrastructure.
The extensive deployment of audio systems at Universidad Europea demonstrates the value of providing a consistent and adaptable audio platform across different learning and collaboration environments. We are proud to support their hybrid learning model with solutions that are easy to deploy, simple to manage and designed to deliver reliable performance over time, said Nancy Knowlton, CEO of Nureva.
Many of the university’s Nureva systems have been in daily use since 2020, with minimal performance issues and no support requests, highlighting the importance of reliable audio solutions in hybrid learning environments.
