Star Millenium, a premium restaurant and sports bar in Le Havre (France), wanted to install massive, high-performance LED screens to turn every match into an unforgettable visual experience. They chose INFiLED’s MV Series LED modules for their affordable price, lightweight design, and exceptional image quality.

In collaboration with MTCA, two giant screens measuring 4 and 6 meters wide were installed. The impressive setup creates a visually striking sports environment, establishing Star Millenium as the preferred destination for fans in Le Havre.

MTCA is an audiovisual services provider specializing in complex image capture and broadcast requirements. Their work ranges from live events to permanent installations, with projects adapted to the technical needs of each environment.

MTCA partnered with INFiLED for its expertise in large-format LED installations for sports broadcasting and the quality of its product range. The company had already delivered flagship projects, such as producing the official LED screens for the FIFA World Cup 2022 Fan Zones in Dubai and the outdoor displays for Redcliffe League’s international sports bar.

The goal: an immersive sports experience that impresses

Star Millenium sought to create a game-day experience that would impress visitors from the moment they walked in. They wanted ultramodern LED panels capable of:

• Delivering sharp, high-quality visuals even during the fastest gameplay.
• Performing well in any ambient lighting conditions, day or night.
• Complementing the venue’s existing high-tech gaming zone.

The challenge: maximum visual clarity within budget

Star Millenium selected two large display configurations — 6 m x 3.5 m and 4 m x 2.5 m — and required exceptional image quality without exceeding their budget. However, achieving visual clarity at large scale can be costly.

• LED panels typically range between 1 x 0.5 m and 0.5 x 0.5 m.
• Large displays require multiple perfectly integrated panels.
• Sports content demands real-time rendering of fast motion without tearing, distortion, or blurring.
• High pixel density is essential to increase sharpness and recreate the sensation of being on the field.
• The main challenge was finding the right balance between price and performance.

The solution: INFiLED MV Series indoor LED displays

To meet Star Millenium’s expectations, MTCA implemented a complete solution using INFiLED’s MV Series LED displays. The installation includes 5 LED screens designed to enhance the space:

• Main screen: 6 m x 3.5 m, total resolution 2016 x 1176.
• Suspended LED cubes: a standout visual feature with customized four-sided LED cubes, each face measuring 4 m x 2.5 m and with a resolution of 1344 x 840.

The MV Series was chosen for its ideal balance of value, performance, and immersive image quality, making it the perfect choice for this dynamic environment.

Lightweight design

MV Series panels are only 86 mm deep, with edges almost 1 cm thinner than traditional metal-sheet cabinets. They also weigh around 45 kg/m² less than conventional models. Their slim and lightweight construction simplified installation, allowing large multi-panel screens to be assembled faster than expected without compromising safety or performance.

Despite their slim design, MV panels feature a sturdy aluminum frame capable of withstanding demanding public environments. They are built to last in high-traffic spaces and perform reliably despite temperature fluctuations or occasional impacts.

Easy maintenance

MV panels offer both front and rear maintenance access. Their LED modules are interchangeable, and power and data units can be removed easily. This enables quick repairs and prevents interruptions during key matches.

Smart remote monitoring

The INFiLED MV Series includes a Display Monitoring System (DMS), allowing remote supervision of performance such as temperature, power status, and real-time conditions. A built-in light sensor automatically adjusts brightness according to ambient lighting — reducing energy consumption while ensuring optimal visibility.
