Bose Professional launches the DesignMax DM12SE, the largest and most powerful loudspeaker in its DesignMax family.

This new surface-mount model expands the range with a high-performance solution designed for commercial installations that require power, uniform coverage and a discreet aesthetic.

The DM12SE combines the signature design of the DesignMax series with the robustness and sonic capability required in environments such as performing arts venues, retail spaces, hospitality installations or houses of worship. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the loudspeaker delivers deep bass and a uniform 102° conical coverage, engineered to fill the space with balanced sound.

At the core of the system is a weather-resistant 12-inch coaxial transducer that delivers clarity and tonal balance across the entire frequency range. The point-source design physically aligns the high- and low-frequency transducers, enabling smooth frequency response and precise phase alignment throughout the coverage area.

In addition to its acoustic performance, the DM12SE features a compact format and a clean, architecturally inspired design that allows it to integrate seamlessly into professional spaces where aesthetics are an important factor. Designed to offer maximum installation versatility, the loudspeaker incorporates a robust outdoor-rated metal bracket with pan and tilt adjustment, allowing precise aiming and long-term stability. This feature makes it suitable for demanding commercial installations, from performing arts venues to terraces and outdoor spaces.

Integrators can also benefit from factory-optimized settings when pairing the DM12SE with Bose Professional amplifiers and processors, enabling optimized performance from the very beginning.
