Concept International launches Doorzign in Spain, the new digital door signage system with no monthly fees.

Doorzign is a new complete solution for digital door signage designed for medical practices, law firms, offices, libraries, and public or corporate centers that want to guide their visitors in a modern, efficient way without relying on paper signs or sticky notes.

The system combines Qbic’s ePaper displays with the Zeitwart web management software, offering dynamic, fully wireless signage with no monthly subscription costs.

Doorzign is available in two versions: the EP400, with a 4.2-inch display, and the EP700, with a 7.5-inch display. Both models can be easily installed on concrete, wood, or glass surfaces, without the need for wiring or network/power connection.

Thanks to its low-power ePaper technology, the devices offer excellent readability in any lighting condition and up to three years of daily use with button-cell batteries. Content updates are performed via Bluetooth using a gateway capable of managing up to 20 displays simultaneously.

Intuitive operation and customizable features

Doorzign displays show information in three colors (black, white, and red) and include three configurable side buttons that allow the device’s functions to be adapted to the needs of the space. For example, you can change a room’s status to “occupied” with a single click or display different names of doctors or office staff.

When installed in public-access areas, the buttons can be disabled to prevent tampering. The system is easily managed through an intuitive web interface, with no technical knowledge required, allowing users to schedule temporary or urgent messages such as “Class cancelled due to illness” or “Event moved to room 2.” It is also possible to display personalized welcomes for visitors or speakers with an on-screen “Welcome” message.

Pricing and service

Doorzign does not require recurring payments, as it only involves a one-time lifetime license. The EP400 Doorzign model, with a 4.2-inch display and included software, is priced at €159, while the EP700 Doorzign, with a 7.5-inch display and included software, costs €239. The EP-Gate Bluetooth gateway, with an antenna and capacity to manage up to 20 displays, is available for €380 (list prices, VAT not included).

Concept International offers a two-year warranty, optionally extendable to five years, and provides integrators with its Total Preparation Service, which includes “Plug & Play” preconfiguration for quick and hassle-free deployment of projects of any size.
