With more than 250 hours of content and multiple activities, AVIXA was ready to welcome industry professionals at ISE 2025.
At ISE 2025, the audiovisual industry trade show that took place from February 4 to 7 in Barcelona at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via venue, AVIXA presented a comprehensive program of education and networking. This included a wide range of conferences, a new edition of the AVIXA Congress in Spanish, live production at the AVIXA TV Studio, interactive sessions at the Xchange LIVE space, and much more.
ISE 2025 was a spectacular trade show. This year, we presented the largest ISE content program in history, with more than 250 hours of sessions across various stages and rooms. Whether it was a full-day seminar exploring smart workspace trends or a panel discussion on sustainability at AVIXA Xchange LIVE, ISE covered the most relevant topics driving the audiovisual industry. There was much to experience at ISE. From inspiring keynotes by leading speakers to the extensive exhibition floor, this was a must-attend event for the professional AV industry, commented David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD, CEO of AVIXA.
Seminar Program
At ISE 2025, AVIXA presented a complete seminar program, which included the following thematic summits:
- AV Broadcast Summit
- Control Room Summit
- Digital Signage Summit
- Education Technology Summit
- Smart Building Summit
- Smart Workplace Summit
Additionally, AVIXA organized an educational program to delve into five key trends driving the industry: artificial intelligence, audio, cybersecurity, retail, and sustainability.
AVIXA Congress in Spanish
The successful concept of the AVIXA Congress, presented in Spanish, arrived at ISE for the first time with a schedule from Tuesday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in room CC5.3. This free congress offered twelve sessions covering a variety of topics, such as artificial intelligence, AVoIP, extended reality (XR), immersive technologies, and sustainability in the audiovisual world.

Some of the highlighted sessions included:
- Mauricio Van Hasseelt, producer at Pixomondo, shared his experience in creating digital universes using virtual production tools.
- Juan Montoya, from Ambientes Inteligentes, provided a practical guide to ensuring uniform sound experiences in different spaces.
- Juliana Rabello and Marc Catalá, from the agency Mucho, discussed brand creation from a strategic audiovisual perspective.
- Marc Colomines (Blit Studio), José Vaaliña (Eyesberg), and Enrique Vives (The White Rabbit - The Off Museum) explored the transformation of museums into interactive multidisciplinary spaces.
AVIXA TV Studio
The AVIXA TV platform broadcasted live from the AVIXA TV Studio (booth 8A880), offering practical demonstrations and panel discussions while employing cutting-edge technology to integrate broadcast-quality content into corporate environments.
AVIXA Xchange LIVE
Located at booth 3R150, AVIXA Xchange LIVE returned to ISE as a multi-purpose space with four days of interactive sessions on topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital signage, certification, and wellness.

AVIXA Members Lounge
At the AVIXA Member Lounge (booth 3S400), visitors had the opportunity to interact with the AVIXA team to learn more about CTS and ANP certifications, as well as upcoming InfoComm trade shows in Orlando and Latin America in Mexico City. The space also provided an area for relaxation and recharging during the event.
