Williams AV announces that the innovative Digi-Wave® T410 microphone transceiver is now shipping.

This highly anticipated device is the first truly portable, two-way microphone transceiver, offering secure, full-duplex wireless communication without the need for fixed audio systems.

The Digi-Wave® T410, which saw strong demand during its pre-order period, is a powerful addition to the popular Digi-Wave® 400 Series. It combines the system’s advanced features — including the Advanced Communication Mode (ACM) and Advanced Interpretation Mode (AIM) — with the simplicity and familiarity of a handheld microphone.

We are excited to begin shipping the Digi-Wave® T410 and put this innovative product in the hands of customers. The T410 meets the market’s need for a handheld device that provides real-time, two-way interaction for guided tours, training, and interpretation. Its immediate availability allows us to deliver on our promise of clear, portable, and secure communication right from the start, said Per Persson, Vice President of International Sales and Business Development at Williams AV.

Main features of the Digi-Wave® T410:

  • Full-duplex two-way audio: allows users to speak and listen simultaneously for natural, interactive communication without relying on the venue’s sound system.
  • Portable simplicity: combines proven Digi-Wave® wireless technology with an intuitive, microphone-style design that is easy to use and convenient to pass between group participants.
  • Advanced functionality: includes the full feature set of Digi-Wave®’s ACM and AIM modes, providing professional versatility in complex communication and interpretation environments.
  • Flexible controls: offers “Super Lock” and “Basic Lock” access levels to prevent accidental changes during shared use or to allow quick access for experienced users.
  • Seamless integration: fully compatible with all Digi-Wave® 400 Series transceivers and receivers, ensuring easy expansion of existing systems.

The T410 is an ideal solution for guided tours, corporate training, mobile presentations, and interactive Q&A sessions — especially in multilingual or group environments where clear, two-way communication is essential.
