IFEMA Madrid drives SIMO EDUCATION 2025 with high expectations, strong participation, and technological innovations.
IFEMA MADRID has already begun the commercialization of the eleventh edition of the International Exhibition of Educational Technology and Innovation, SIMO EDUCATION 2025, which will be held at its Fairgrounds from October 28 to 30.
An event, once again organized in collaboration with EDUCACIÓN 3.0, that begins with the best forecasts. This year, the show features the theme Technology and Pedagogy: the Alliance Driving Educational Innovation in Times of AI as its leitmotif and has the support of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF).
SIMO EDUCATION is backed by a solid track record of ten editions and the results of its last event, held in November 2024, which achieved a record attendance of more than 10,000 professional visitors, 92 direct exhibitors, and 140 brands from 9 countries. In the words of its new director, Ana Rodríguez:
We start from record participation figures, which, together with the atmosphere of anticipation we perceive among companies and the positive momentum of the sector, makes us optimistic and allows us to foresee high participation, surpassing last year’s results.
In this regard, thanks to the presence of the leading companies in this sector, SIMO EDUCATION 2025 will once again be the best showcase for the latest technological solutions applied to education, enabling progress in areas such as remote learning, among others, thereby facilitating student learning and providing them with the tools to successfully face the challenges of the 21st century.
These innovations will also promote improvements in teaching-learning processes and the management of educational centers.
In addition, the fair will feature an intense program of parallel activities, offering the large group of professional visitors—including teachers, school principals, ICT coordinators, and public administrators—a first-rate space for analysis and reflection.
This program includes the ceremony of the 13th Educational Innovation Awards, whose call for entries has just been launched. From among the 35 finalist experiences, 11 winners will be selected in different categories, with special recognitions also granted in the categories of the 7th Award for the Best Innovative and Technological Teaching Experience 2025 and the 7th Award for the Best Innovative Experience 2025.
The SIMO EDUCATION agenda will also include the traditional Directors’ Day (this time, as a novelty, the meeting will take place over two days and will be renamed SIMO DIRECTORS), which will address the opportunities that technology offers in classrooms from the perspective of educational leadership and management, as well as the SIMO INSPIRA program, consisting of 20-minute talks designed to inspire and motivate educators in their daily classroom activities.
The event will also host the presentation of its SIMO IMPULSO Awards, which aim to highlight entrepreneurial initiatives and new companies developing innovative projects that contribute to the improvement of the educational sector at its different academic levels.
Finally, all of this will be reflected on the LiveConnect platform, which once again provides the ecosystem of companies and professionals in this important economic segment with a space available 365 days a year, allowing them to generate new business opportunities.
