InfoComm Latin America strengthens its position with exceptional participation and a transformative educational program.

The range of products, services, and solutions at InfoComm Latin America brings together around one hundred brands across the show floor, demo rooms, and educational sessions. More than 60 exhibiting companies shape this technology trade show for the audiovisual integration industry, organized by AVIXA (the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association).

The first edition takes place from October 22 to 24 at the World Trade Center International Exhibition and Convention Center (CIEC WTC) in Mexico City. Registration remains open through the official online form.

Over 100 brands and 60 exhibiting companies

AVIXA’s goal of gathering sixty exhibiting companies is practically achieved. The exhibition floor plan continues to be updated with names such as AEQ México, AI Speech, Audio-Technica Latin America, Disney Cruise Line, ELENIX Analytics, Elo Touch Solutions, Foto Commo, Kudo, Qualshine Technology, Rocketerias, Synthax, Tecno Planet, and Unilumin, added between July and August alongside those confirmed earlier in the year.ICAL sep 1 HI

Progress is very positive: more than 90% of the exhibition space and all demo rooms are occupied. The team continues to receive requests from international companies interested in last-minute participation, notes Rodrigo Casassus Coke, CTS, Senior Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at AVIXA.

Among distributors, Representaciones de Audio stands out, showcasing innovations from brands such as Allen & Heath, Barco, Biamp, BrightSign, dBTechnologies, Genelec, Nexo, Sharp, Sonos, and Shure (with its Shure Innovation Lab concept).

Gonher Pro presents new solutions from Audiocenter, AV Matrix, Bluesound Professional, Blustream, Cornered Audio, ElectroVoice, Labgruppen, HK Audio, Nearity, Tannoy, and Work Pro. Meanwhile, Fortune Acoustics features a demo room with solutions from Estolon, Vitus Audio, and Crystal Cable, among others.

The trade show offers a broad range of solutions —from digital signage, distributed audio, and sound for events and conferences to content production and distribution, as well as integration for commercial and residential spaces— ensuring that every visitor finds what they are looking for, adds Casassus.

A high-level educational program

Alongside the exhibition area, the event features an educational program structured into thematic tracks and multiple session formats, designed for all experience levels —from beginners to advanced professionals.ICAL sep 2 HIThe program begins on Wednesday with a new edition of the AVIXA Congress, focused on business development and decision-making.

The opening conference, The Future of AV: Innovation, Business, and Connections, features:

  • Jeff Stoebner (CEO, FORTÉ)
  • John Bailey (Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation, AVI-SPL)
  • Dave Labuskes (CEO, AVIXA)

The AVIXA Congress also includes contributions from local integrators and distributors, bringing a regional perspective to the discussions.

A key highlight is the series of Manufacturer Training Sessions, delivered by companies such as Atlas IED, Audinate, Biamp, Bose Professional, Cisco, Datapath, Deneva, Disney Cruise Line, Jabra, Powersoft, Renkus Heinz, and Zoom. These sessions address topics ranging from audio system design under updated standards to the latest digital signage solutions, as well as professional opportunities aboard international cruise ships. In parallel, the Audio Demo Rooms provide immersive experiences with systems from Bose Professional, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, and distributors such as Fortune Acoustics, Representaciones de Audio, and Tecso.

The educational component expands with the Integrated Experience Tours, guided visits to:

  • Estudio 13, a state-of-the-art recording studio.
