Bose Professional announces the appointment of Joe Falcão as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Falcão joins with more than two decades of experience in global financial management, having led high-performance teams across sectors such as retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, and healthcare, from offices in different parts of the world.
With an established international career, Falcão has held financial leadership positions at companies like Dunkin and Cabot Corporation, in addition to leading teams at organizations including Invensys, iBasis, Thrasio, and Orva. His career spans roles in Brazil, Belgium, and Malaysia, as well as managing operations based in the UK, India, China, the Netherlands, and Japan.
Joe’s leadership will be key in this stage of global expansion that Bose Professional is experiencing. His ability to define financial strategies and drive operational agility is exactly what we need to maintain our momentum. Since becoming independent in 2023, Bose Professional has built its global operational infrastructure from the ground up, including its own supply chain, data network, and logistics platforms. It has also significantly expanded its human resources, IT, marketing, product management, finance, and sales teams. In just 16 months, the company has opened 13 new offices in cities such as Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, and London, and has recently inaugurated its new global headquarters in the Boston area.

Falcão holds a degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. He has also completed executive certifications at MIT Sloan School of Management and Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He currently lives in Boston with his wife Cheryl and their five children.
