New Bluesound control panel at CEDIA 2024

Bluesound Professional, the distributed audio streaming ecosystem for commercial spaces, has announced the launch of its new CP300 Wall Control Panel at the CEDIA Expo 2024. The CP300 is a touch panel that includes the functionality of an 8” touch tablet, powered via PoE+, with the Bluesound Controller app for Android; creating an accessory that combines ease of use with an intuitive control system for the user.

The CP300 control panel is designed to give users control of all system functions in commercial spaces.

Through the pre-installed Bluesound Controller app for Android, users can control their Bluesound Professional Sound System via a single elegant interface. The color touch panel allows users to select playlists, control volume levels, and much more, creating an all-in-one intuitive touch panel. Users will also be able to access their favorite music services from Bluesound Professional’s partners, such as SoundMachine, Custom Channels, Sirius XM for Business, and Qsic, to name a few.

In addition to the complete control provided by the CP300, this Android 13 tablet comes with an easy-to-install wall mount and an angled ethernet cable. All that is needed is a network connection to get started. The Bluesound Controller app for Android also comes pre-installed, allowing the user to get the system up and running right away.

The CP300 is great for users who want to have full touch control of the pre-loaded Bluesound Controller app. With its easy installation and use, the CP300 is a perfect complement to any commercial space, said Graeme Harrison, Vice President and General Manager of Bluesound Professional.

While the CP300 provides full access and control of the networked audio in any space, the Android OS operating system allows users to protect against unauthorized or malicious use by incorporating a feature that allows the user to lock the tablet with a custom PIN.
