Peerless-AV expands its in-house custom engineering capabilities with a new facility in California.

The company has officially opened its new engineering and manufacturing facility in Santa Fe Springs, California. This step marks an exciting chapter for the company’s SEAMLESS Bespoke dvLED Mounting Solutions division, reflecting the significant increase in demand for Peerless-AV solutions as well as its continued commitment to product innovation and collaborative partnerships that address all complex dvLED infrastructure needs.

The new state-of-the-art facility, LEED® Gold certified, is the largest dedicated dvLED infrastructure centre in North America, tripling the number of loading docks to improve logistics and providing all necessary upgrades to keep pace with a rapidly expanding business.

The building’s design now optimises workflow for maximum production efficiency and safety while allowing full team interaction and collaboration. Among the details that reinforce the company’s commitment to sustainability, the facility features abundant natural lighting combined with smart LED lighting with sensors, which significantly reduces energy consumption. Outside, native vegetation surrounds the building to reduce water use, and multiple electric vehicle charging stations encourage sustainable commuting.

Designed to foster creativity and connection, the office space allows for a more engaging experience for customers and partners, enabling Peerless-AV to welcome them and showcase the bespoke design process and product capabilities firsthand.
