Specifically, a width limitation that cannot exceed 4.3 meters, poses a challenge in selecting an appropriately sized screen. Additionally, the installation must adhere to specific thickness requirements; the screen must be positioned slightly lower than the walls on either side. This necessitates careful consideration of the screen's dimensions and mounting hardware to ensure that it fits seamlessly within the designated area without compromising the overall design or functionality of the space.
2. Strict Visual Standards for The Screen: The investor emphasized the importance of delivering an exceptional visual experience. To meet these standards, the screen must feature high-definition resolution, ensuring images and text are rendered with remarkable clarity and detail. In addition, the screen should boast vibrant, bright colours, allowing everyone in the conference room to have a clear view of the displayed content.

Visual solutions for the meeting room

The INFiLED technical team, following the investor's requirements, ultimately decided to utilize the QM series products to create a visual display solution for the conference room.

The QM series cabinets have dimensions of 600mm in width, 337.5mm in height, and a mere 29.5mm in depth. This design facilitates the creation of a large screen measuring 4.2 meters by 2.4 meters. The screen is seamlessly integrated into the room's layout, positioned lower than the surrounding walls, thereby enhancing the room's aesthetics without dominating the space.

The screen boasts an ideal size and aligns perfectly with the corporation's expectations regarding image quality. It utilizes IMD encapsulation technology to deliver vibrant colours, featuring a pixel pitch of 1.25mm to guarantee a high-definition display.
