J&T Real Estate (JTRE) begins handing over the various phases of the expanded Eurovea area after more than three years of construction.

First, the new traffic roads and bike lanes are opened. Next, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the enlarged shopping center and the new public spaces takes place. Later, the Riverside residences, the Pribinova 34 and Pribinova 40 office buildings, the green areas, and finally Eurovea Tower—which is the first skyscraper in Slovakia—are completed and handed over.

Given the scale of the three main buildings, it was necessary to have uniform sound coverage and a high-performance voice alarm system. Mr. Daniel Suchy, from J&T Real Estate, chose the VX-3000 public address and voice alarm system from TOA Electronics for this purpose.

The installation includes the following:

• System racks: two VX-3004F units and one VX-3008F.
• Class D amplifiers: VX-050 DA and VX-030 DA models.
• Power supplies: several VX-3000DS units.
• Remote microphones: RM-300X and RM-210F.

To ensure that all areas of the new headquarters are acoustically covered at all times, various types of ceiling speakers and acoustic projectors have been distributed in each zone. In this way, both the shopping center and the offices and residential areas have sound quality and voice alarm effectiveness guaranteed.
