Crestron chooses Sony’s BRAVIA professional displays during its move to a new and improved office space.
Crestron Europe, the regional subsidiary of Crestron Electronics, has chosen Sony Professional Displays & Solutions to reinvent its own workspace.
Previously based in the small town of Rijmenam, Crestron’s move to the bustling city of Mechelen proved to be quite a challenge, so the transition needed to be as seamless as possible. A larger office space offered clear advantages but also presented new challenges, such as ensuring that all office displays were functioning properly and showing the correct content.
To overcome this issue, the Crestron team opted for BRAVIA professional displays due to their exceptional reliability and cloud connectivity, enabling seamless integration into the Crestron control system.
The best move is rarely the easiest
Crestron’s move to a new office was a success in every way. The limited size of its previous office restricted flexibility in daily workflows, so they wanted to relocate to a new space that could accommodate a more advanced solution. In their move to Mechelen, Crestron opted for more training rooms and found that this relocation provided a much better learning environment due to its tranquility and the ability to ensure that participants felt more connected to the speakers. These offices featured Sony BRAVIA FW-U8BZ50L displays. Despite being an upgrade from their previous offices, it became more challenging to monitor and check the quality of displays in these training spaces.
Sony’s cloud connectivity meant that we weren’t just hanging screens on the walls and hoping they would work, but we could ensure employees and even potential clients that our displays were operational and showing what was needed, said Kenneth Noyens, Facility & Training Manager at Crestron.

A display solution worthy of a new office space
As an innovator and manufacturer of advanced control and automation systems, Crestron is no stranger to reliable and trusted display solution providers, which made its decision even more important. By ultimately choosing the BRAVIA FW-BZ40L model, Crestron not only overcame its initial concern of ensuring consistency across displays in its new office space but also elevated the overall experience for those visiting the new office. Sony’s BRAVIA Deep Black Non-Glare technology, for example, ensured that the environment within the training spaces was ideal, eliminating the harshness and distractions that glare can create.
Sony BRAVIA’s cloud connectivity, combined with its fast responsiveness, also provided a level of professionalism and reliability that one would expect to find in a company like Crestron. “Clients walk into these spaces knowing that the same technology will be used in their spaces if they choose to work with us, and that’s why it’s important for them to have a seamless experience. From the moment they enter our new office to the moment they leave, we want both clients and employees to be confident that what we do, we do well, and that’s why we chose Sony”, continues Kenneth Noyens, Facility Manager and Training Director at Crestron.
It’s great to see that Crestron, a company well acquainted with high-end display solution providers, has chosen the BRAVIA FW-BZ40L model for its new offices. Our confidence in Crestron selecting the right partner for this move is further reinforced by the fact that they have now also chosen to use BRAVIA displays in their UK office, said Adam Dover, Senior Corporate & Trade Marketing Manager at Sony Europe.
