Ledman’s 275-inch 8K giant screen is being shipped together with CMG’s broadcasting equipment.
Recently, Ledman’s 275-inch 8K Ultra HD Micro LED giant screen was shipped together with the first batch of broadcasting equipment for the Milan Winter Olympics from China Media Group (CMG).
It is currently travelling by sea to Milan, Italy, ready to bring the power of “Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing” to the broadcasts of the Games.
As an invited partner by CMG for the joint construction of the 8K multi-functional hall at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Milan, Ledman provided this 8K screen from its UHD KING product line.
Based on COB encapsulation technology, it integrates three core technologies: AI-powered low-energy intelligent display, ultra-high precision voltage control, and lossless direct display with a deep black background. This fundamentally ensures long-term, fault-free operation.
The screen not only delivers ultra-high-definition image quality, perfectly reproducing the dynamic details of the competitions, but also eliminates moiré effect issues during live broadcast filming.
It is known that this equipment, together with the first batch of 1,026 pieces of CMG’s broadcasting gear, was loaded and arrived at Ningbo Port. After passing through several international ports, it is expected to reach the Port of Genoa, Italy, around December 21st. Once deployed, it will serve as a key platform for CMG’s technological innovation in broadcasting the Milan Winter Olympics, providing support for the 8K display of the events.
