Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) has confirmed the participation of Sol Rashidi as a keynote speaker for the 2026 edition of ISE.
The renowned expert will take the stage on Wednesday, February 4, at 1:00 p.m. Her presentation aligns perfectly with the ISE 2026 theme, Push Beyond, which invites the industry to explore new opportunities and redefine the limits of what is possible.
Rashidi’s keynote, titled The AI Reality Check: What It Takes to Scale and the Future of Leadership, will delve into how artificial intelligence has evolved from a buzzword into a battleground of hype, half-truths, and complex realities.
Executives face increasing pressure to act quickly, yet many make decisions based on noise rather than facts. In her session, Sol will demystify the AI landscape, sharing frameworks, models, and the essential role of AI governance and cybersecurity as fundamental pillars for scaling safely and sustainably.
Drawing on her experience, Rashidi will explain how to evaluate AI initiatives and protect an organization’s data, talent, and competitive advantage.
Recognized worldwide for her innovative work in technology and business transformation, Sol Rashidi has held four C-level positions across Fortune 500 companies. She holds 10 patents and is the author of the bestseller Your AI Survival Guide, listed among the 50 best AI books. She has delivered three TEDx talks with over one million total views and has been recognized by Forbes as an AI Maverick & Visionary of the 21st Century and one of the Top 5 Leaders Taking AI to Everyone. In addition to her distinguished career, Sol developed the Human Amplification Index™, a new metric for measuring return on investment (ROI) and assessing how companies strengthen their business and workforce through AI. She also created the Intellectual Atrophy™ concept, an educational model designed to prevent organizations from outsourcing critical thinking in the age of artificial intelligence.
Rashidi played a key role in the development and launch of IBM Watson in 2011 and currently has more than 200 deployments to her name. As both an executive and active practitioner, she has been recognized among the 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech, the Top 100 AI Thought Leaders, and the Top 100 Data & Analytics Leaders worldwide.
The challenge isn’t adopting artificial intelligence — it’s leading with it. I look forward to participating in ISE 2026 to show how separating hype from fact, implementing strong governance, and integrating cybersecurity can make all the difference, says Sol Rashidi.
