New multilingual support and collaborative booking options now live in three software solutions by Humly.
Humly confirms the immediate availability of new accessibility and workplace collaboration features for Humly Visitor and Humly Floor Plan, both first unveiled at ISE 2025 in February.
Humly Visitor and Humly Floor Plan represent two of the four interoperable platforms in the Humly software suite that help people navigate the challenges of the modern workplace. All four can be used in various combinations on Humly’s award-winning premium hardware products (Humly Booking Device and Humly Room Display) and on third-party platforms from approved partners.
Self-service and accessibility
Humly Visitor is often the first Humly software solution that corporate clients or their guests encounter upon entering the building, offering a warm welcome in the lobby. Visitors can approach the interface (such as a tablet or kiosk), register, and accept the terms and conditions on the screen of their choice.
Available immediately, Humly has added multilingual features to Humly Visitor that support up to 29 languages. All can be set as defaults for the check-in/check-out processes and for sending email and/or SMS notifications to hosts in the same language the visitor uses. Additionally, visitors can select a different language at check-in, ensuring consistent communication and a more welcoming experience for international guests. Soon, Humly will add a pre-registration feature to Humly Visitor to enable self-service check-in/check-out and streamline how office staff plan and manage daily operations.
Closer collaborative environments
Humly Floor Plan addresses the challenge of reserving workspaces in hybrid enterprise environments with dynamic and flexible schedules. The product offers a full 3D view of meeting rooms, desks, and now parking spaces available on each floor, building, and garage, providing an enterprise-grade solution for any office or corporate campus.
Humly confirms the immediate availability of its Find a Colleague feature, first showcased in Humly Floor Plan at ISE. Also accessible within Humly Reservations, this new feature allows users to locate colleagues and reserve an adjacent room or desk to foster closer collaboration, both for current and future dates. Users can also search for colleagues and resources—such as rooms, desks, or parking spaces—to check their availability on a specific day and make bookings easily.
The Humly software solutions cover almost every aspect of the workplace experience, from managing hybrid schedule rotations to guiding visitors and clients during on-site tours. These latest software features are aligned with the goal of providing more functionality and greater accessibility to the work experience, reflected in capabilities that enhance security, optimize workspace, and support diverse environments, states Anders Karlsson, CEO of Humly.
