ISLE 2025 will highlight technological innovations and key cross-industry applications.
The largest exhibition of smart displays and integrated systems in Asia will take place from March 7 to 9, 2025, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Shenzhen World), covering an exhibition area of 80,000 m². The ISLE is especially strong in LED display as it converges all the big LED display manufacturers under one roof.

About the size of China’s LED display market
China's LED display market value is about 75 billion yuan (10 billion USD) annually. There are over 1000 companies in this industry, among whom 50 companies with annual sales of more than 100 million yuan. About 2,000+ new patent authorizations are obtained every year in China's LED display industry.
China is now the world’s major supplier of LED display. And Shenzhen is the world’s industry hub for LED display R & D and manufacturing.
Trends in 2024
COB technology develops rapidly
Compared with 2023, RGB chip sales increased by 24.38% in 2024. Among them, the proportion of COB（Chips on Board）in total sales increased from 20.95% to 41.94%, and Mini COB chips increased by 209.38%
Indoor display takes the major portion
In RGB packaging, the sales proportion of indoor and outdoor are 61.62% and 38.38% respectively: For the display screen, the proportion of product types in 2024 are:
- Outdoor LED display 19.50%
- Rental LED display 16.72%
- Indoor LED display (P1.5 or above) 20.70%
- Indoor LED display (P1.5 or under) 36.23%
Small pitch display: Mini LED/Mirco LED is the future
Mini LED/Mirco LED technology brings smaller pitch, higher reliability and lower price. SMD, COB, COG, IMP, MIP, various technical solutions are competing for development.
Mini LED/Mirco LED + dynamic pixel technology is the key to low-cost realization and acceleration of 2K to 4K to 8K
Advantages of LED over other technologies such as LCD, OLED, and projection
LED display can realize creative display and special-shaped display with more flexibility; Ultra-high-definition transmission and control system technology empowers the intelligence of LED display systems, and the LED display application industry becomes more digital and intelligent every year.
