Wesco launched a new range of Pro A/V services for integrators at InfoComm 2026.
The company has announced the launch of Wesco Pro A/V Services, a new suite of services designed to help professional audiovisual integrators improve productivity and expand their project delivery capabilities, enabling them to deliver more consistent results for their customers.
Developed for professional A/V integrators, Wesco’s services combine specialized consulting, technology services, managed services and global supply chain capabilities to support the entire lifecycle of audiovisual systems, from design and deployment to monitoring, optimization and ongoing support.
Pro A/V technology has become simpler while overall demand has increased. With these higher workloads, combined with global deployments, complexity now lies in the supply chain, scalability and the services required to deploy and support solutions. Wesco Pro A/V Services helps integrators expand their capabilities, improve project execution and deliver long-term value to their customers, while allowing them to remain focused on their core business, said Phil Langley, Vice President of Pro A/V at Wesco.
New services designed for audiovisual integrators
The Wesco Pro A/V Services portfolio complements integrators’ existing operations and includes:
- A/V system management and monitoring, providing 24/7 visibility to improve system availability and performance.
- Asset and lifecycle management, delivering visibility into installed systems to facilitate tracking, maintenance, refresh planning and end-of-life processes.
- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) services to provide ongoing technical support.
By integrating these capabilities into a unified Pro A/V services model, Wesco aims to help integrators improve efficiency, reduce risk and strengthen customer relationships beyond the initial installation. This new offering is further supported by the company’s long-standing expertise in project management, technology services and supply chain operations, enabling standardized and repeatable deployments.
With new competitors entering the market, including major technology companies, we help integrators manage cash flow, scale their operations and support customers on a global level. Wesco Pro A/V Services is delivered in collaboration with our integration partners, providing them with the scalability and expertise required to support service-based and lifecycle management business models, said Tara Dunning, Vice President of Convergent Technologies at Wesco.
Wesco’s Pro A/V Services are backed by the company’s global distribution network, centralized inventory and specialized Pro A/V teams that work directly with integrators to tailor solutions to technical requirements, budget constraints and long-term converged technology strategies.
During InfoComm 2026, Wesco demonstrated how these new services help integrators streamline project delivery, improve system reliability and support service-based growth strategies. Attendees met with Wesco experts to learn more and request demonstrations.
