AVIXA will host the 1st edition of InfoComm EDGE in Dubai at Festival Arena Dubai on 27–28 October 2026.
This new two-day experiential event will offer a unique environment where key buyers can see, touch, and experience what top-tier professional AV innovation is capable of delivering.
The launch of InfoComm EDGE took place during a briefing session led by David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD, Chief Executive Officer of AVIXA, within the AVIXA Xchange Live space on the third day of ISE in Barcelona.
Designed from the ground up to attract stakeholders beyond the professional audiovisual sector, InfoComm EDGE will feature all the technology, innovative leadership, and networking opportunities expected from a trade show such as InfoComm or ISE, but tailored for leaders and decision-makers who shape, influence, and deliver complex projects across government, corporate, education, retail, leisure, and entertainment.
With a different approach, the event will offer a new type of space for the professional AV sector where the art of the possible becomes reality.
Experience is the cornerstone of InfoComm EDGE. The GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region has an insatiable appetite for innovation and possesses the vision and resources needed to turn ambitions into reality. We have an established professional AV community in the region leading this innovation, with both the talent and creativity to implement the buyer-focused initiatives that will form the core of InfoComm EDGE, said David Labuskes.
With more than 7,200 square meters of flexible indoor and outdoor space, Festival Arena is the ideal venue for this event. Built around a central stage rather than a traditional trade show floor layout, InfoComm EDGE will showcase the latest in experiential technology.

During the event, a series of initiatives will be designed, created, and managed by the local community of integration professionals, supported by a network of groups to enable deeper exploration and meaningful networking opportunities.
For senior decision-makers, it is difficult to visualize solutions while walking a conventional trade show, moving from booth to booth. That’s why, for InfoComm EDGE, we adopted a unique approach by co-creating an event with the design and implementation community for the first time, said Cara Turner, Event Director of InfoComm EDGE.
InfoComm EDGE will feature many innovative and experiential showcases never before seen live. Instead of commercial presentations, it will offer narrative-driven tours supported by standards-aligned thinking that inspires, reduces risk, and improves outcomes for the end client.
In summary, InfoComm EDGE will be a trusted platform focused on capability, integration, and excellence in service delivery.
