Hikvision has officially inaugurated its new headquarters for the Iberian market.

Located at Calle María Tubau, 9 (Madrid), this new facility of more than 2,100 m² represents a strategic step to strengthen growth, innovation, and close relationships with partners and customers in Spain and Portugal.

After more than a decade in Tres Cantos, Hikvision’s Madrid offices have moved to a larger, more modern environment tailored to the company’s current needs, at a key moment of consolidation in the regional market.

The move to this new headquarters represents much more than an expansion of space. It reflects Hikvision’s evolution, maturity, and positioning in the Iberian market. It is an environment designed to grow, collaborate, and create new opportunities together with our partners and customers, states Neo, CEO of Hikvision Iberia.

A headquarters that drives collaboration, training, and innovation

The new space features multiple functional areas that turn these offices into a true technology hub:

  • An 800+ m² showroom recreating real-world application scenarios across key sectors such as retail, transport, industry, smart cities, and education.
  • More than ten meeting rooms and collaborative spaces designed to encourage teamwork and co-creation.
  • One of the most comprehensive training rooms in the professional environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and capable of accommodating a large number of installers.
  • A testing and innovation lab where new technological solutions are developed and optimized.

These facilities are conceived as an open space for the professional channel, hosting events, training sessions, and product presentations, with the aim of sharing knowledge, generating value, and strengthening relationships across the ecosystem.

Hikvision has invested in an environment where innovation is experienced every day. We want this headquarters to be a permanent meeting point where the professional channel finds inspiration, training, and technology to grow with us, says Jorge Sepúlveda, Marketing Director of Hikvision Iberia.

The new headquarters currently houses more than 100 professionals and brings together the key functions of the Iberian organization: marketing, administration, finance, technical teams, sales, and operations. In addition, Hikvision maintains additional offices in Barcelona, Santander, and Lisbon to provide local support to its customers.

Thanks to its scalable design, the new space will support the company’s projected growth in the coming years, both in terms of human resources and operational capacity.

A commitment to the professional channel: shared innovation

With these offices, Hikvision strengthens its commitment to the professional channel: installers, integrators, distributors, and strategic partners. This is a dynamic, technological, and collaborative platform, designed to drive continuous training, joint solution development, and the evolution of the technology ecosystem in the fields of security, audiovisual, and artificial intelligence.

Open Days: December 2–3

The inauguration will continue with Open Days on December 2 and 3. During these sessions, installers, integrators, customers, and industry professionals will be able to experience the new facilities first-hand, explore the showroom, and discover the latest technological innovations, including an immersive experience with GUANLAN, the artificial intelligence model developed by Hikvision.

The sessions require prior registration due to limited capacity and will be structured as guided tours featuring technology demonstrations, thematic talks, and interactive activities.

These offices mark the beginning of a new chapter for Hikvision Iberia. They reflect our evolution and the commitment we maintain to the channel and to the technological development of the sector, concludes the CEO of Hikvision Iberia.

It is a place where partners can experience Hikvision’s latest innovations and technologies first-hand, receive training and upskilling, and also work side by side on the creation of new solutions that address the future needs of the market.
