INTEGRA 16S offers installation professionals absolute control over audio in multiple zones.
WORK PRO expanded its Digital Signal Processing matrix INTEGRA with the introduction of Integra 16S, a 16-channel unit that offers users absolute control over their audio output across multiple zones.
First presented at InfoComm 2024 (stand C9512), this exciting addition to the INTEGRA range was a direct response to customer demand for a greater number of channels.
With 16x16 balanced analog inputs/outputs; Mic/Line with +48V Phantom power; adaptive feedback suppression control; automatic noise suppression and gain compensation; 4 GPIO ports, and a USB interface for playback and recording, the INTEGRA 16S offered unprecedented levels of flexibility.
With this unit, professional installers could parameterize and precisely adjust all aspects of sound, thus optimizing the auditory experience and providing exceptional results in any environment.
Like its smaller sibling, the INTEGRA 8S, the INTEGRA 16S incorporated INTEGRA S, a powerful and free native parameter management software that included controls for input and output gains, expander, compressor, parametric equalization, limiter, and anti-feedback on each channel. Its visual matrix and auto-mix module ensured adaptability to the most diverse types of installation.
For the first time at InfoComm, WORK PRO also showcased the WC 3U wall control unit with an OLED display and integrated push/rotary button, designed for simple and complete programming through INTEGRA 8S, 16S, and INTEGRA Plus software. Housed in an elegant aluminum casing, the wall control unit also featured TCP/IP and UDP communication capabilities, facilitating integration into various systems. Additionally, it was powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet), simplifying installation.

The INTEGRA digital signal processing opened up a world of creative possibilities, offering users the ability to individually configure and correct audio in various zones based on the necessary audio processing to produce the best sound. The technological superiority of these products, combined with their extraordinary levels of flexibility, allowed choosing the right product for any application, from the smallest installation with very few zones to process to larger installations with a wide variety of different zones, such as department stores, supermarkets, gyms, conference rooms, and hospitality, said Juan José Vila, CEO of WORK PRO's parent company, Equipson.
All products in the INTEGRA range were showcased at InfoComm. These included the 8-channel INTEGRA 8S, the new 16-channel INTEGRA 16S, the 16-channel INTEGRA 16+, and the 32-channel INTEGRA 32+. The more advanced INTEGRA 16+ and INTEGRA 32+ models incorporated DANTE digital inputs and were compatible with the native parameter management software INTEGRA Plus, which was also free. This powerful software included all the features of INTEGRA S, along with additional functions such as noise gate, parametric equalization of up to 31 bands, Ducker, and Voice Tracking for video camera synchronization.
Both INTEGRA S and INTEGRA Plus software solutions were very intuitive and easy to use thanks to a user-friendly visual interface that allowed installers to view configurations in real-time. In addition to a myriad of useful control functions, all products in the INTEGRA series could be controlled from mobile devices through an APP for iOS and Android.
