UNICOL Engineering introduces a new outdoor mounting solution tailored for demanding environments.
The company has delivered a specialist outdoor mounting system for a high-profile sports venue, in collaboration with a leading audiovisual solutions provider. The installation featured UNICOL’s new InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post range, designed specifically for this project.
The design was developed in just two weeks, with UNICOL working closely with the integrator to meet a tight deadline and deliver a bespoke solution that precisely met the requirements. The pedestal needed to support a 55" Aqualite outdoor display at a viewing height of two metres from the ground, while also providing a permanent, secure outdoor solution with a weatherproof protective cover. The InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post met these requirements and, just as importantly, was approved and installed within the specified timeframe.
The solution, compatible with both commercial displays and dvLED panels, proved so successful that UNICOL has now established the InfaPoint range as a key offering within its portfolio.
Based on its proven outdoor pedestal design, the InfaPoint Bolt Down Display Post is ideal for outdoor signage applications, including bus stops, drive-thrus and other environments, with various height options and protective cover styles available. It also offers customisation options with stainless steel or aluminium structures, depending on the needs of the application.
Working with clients to deliver exactly what each application requires is a highly rewarding process. We appreciate that Hisense chose to collaborate with us to create an LED version of the InfaPoint using its ROM029FE (500 mm x 1000 mm module). These two partnerships have enabled us to develop a new and engaging outdoor mounting solution. The LED version of InfaPoint developed with Hisense was also showcased at ISE, once again delivered under tight deadlines. Its debut at the industry’s leading event demonstrated the range of installation options that Hisense can offer, further highlighting the versatility of the InfaPoint platform.
