Long Harbour adds two urban developments with co-living residential spaces.

The specialized real estate company Long Harbour has added two new urban developments to its growing portfolio: The Sessile in Tottenham, north of London, and Riverstone Heights in Bromley-by-Bow, east of the city. Both projects offer co-living residential spaces where apartment residents enjoy shared services designed for living, working, and leisure.

In these developments, user-friendly audiovisual (AV) systems were integrated, designed to provide a cohesive experience in various common areas, such as reception areas, meeting rooms, and rooftop terraces. The key was to ensure that the AV systems were easy to operate for both residents and staff.

The Sessile development, which features more common spaces, included the implementation of sound systems in the 10-story building, as well as in the rooftop event space, community gym, yoga studio, and a medium-sized meeting room. Riverstone Heights, overlooking the River Lea, features sound systems in the reception area, meeting spaces, and a rooftop terrace.Both projects have successfully integrated advanced technology, from audio systems for various common areas to projection and digital control solutions. Additionally, residents of The Sessile can enjoy spaces such as a private gym and a yoga studio, where custom audio and visuals enhance the experience. The rooftop terraces of both developments are equipped with discreet sound systems, perfect for enjoying the ambiance without visible technological interference.

Moreover, the co-working spaces are equipped with high-quality video conferencing and content sharing systems, enabling efficient meetings and collaborations. Coordinating the technological installations between the two developments was a logistical challenge, but the result has been a success, providing a uniform experience across all spaces.
