Fersa Bearings has installed two high-brightness LED screens at its new headquarters in Zaragoza.
Offering new, enriching visual experiences for communication and presentations for both visitors and staff.
In August 2024, the installation of two spectacular dvLED walls at the newly opened Fersa Bearings headquarters in Zaragoza was announced, transforming team and visitor communications and promoting more sustainable work environments.
Driven by its innovative nature, customer-centric approach, and investment in research and development, Fersa Bearings is a well-recognized brand and preferred by some of the world's leading vehicle manufacturers for selected models, and an approved alternative for many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
With exponential global growth, Fersa Bearings has recently moved to an impressive glass-walled headquarters in Zaragoza and required a range of cutting-edge visual solutions to communicate and showcase its position of excellence, while creating new presentation opportunities and innovative corporate activities for its growing workforce.
To bring its vision to life, Fersa Bearings partnered with a local AV systems integration specialist to create two large bezel-free videowalls. Perfect for the bright and inspiring spaces, the high-brightness dvLED screens were quickly identified as the standout choice for the installation of the impressive 5 x 2.75 m and G x 3.5 m videowalls in the building's main lobby and auditorium spaces.
Tailored to meet their exact needs and requirements, the striking dvLED walls take center stage from the moment you enter the building, offering an instantly positive and professional impression of the business.
In the main lobby, the G x 3.35 m screen provides perfect opportunities for brand communications, showcasing product innovations and corporate values, inspiring both visitors and staff.
Within the company's 40-seat auditorium, the 5 x 2.75 m videowall delivers elevated presentations, whether as part of a team meeting or for current or potential clients, with every detail brought to life, from stunning videos to detailed spreadsheets, with vibrant colors and extraordinary image quality.
No blind spots
With the main lobby and auditorium featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the high brightness of the screens ensures uncompromised viewing experiences at all times, even with direct sunlight exposure, which was key to the project's success. All panels used in the project have built-in cable management, keeping power and data cables tidy, while the screen cabinets are daisy-chained to minimize clutter and speed up installation.
For optimal performance, both videowalls feature 24/7 active monitoring, helping Fersa Bearings' AV/IT management teams predict, identify, and resolve any issues before they occur. Additionally, the videowalls include an IP30-rated conformal coating, making them resistant to potentially harmful airborne contaminants, including dust, dirt, fungi, and moisture, reducing the risk of corrosion and short circuits.
Sustainable work
Reflecting the company's own global sustainability strategy, Fersa Bearings has also placed the sustainability and impact of its products, processes, and actions on the environment as a key pillar of the business.
Supporting ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification across all its facilities, the screens feature dynamic energy-saving technology, allowing for up to 20% lower operating costs compared to other models on the market. This helps reduce the total cost of ownership without compromising quality or performance, while extending the product's lifespan and reducing electronic waste.
It has been an honor to lead the design, execution, and implementation of a unique project in Zaragoza for Fersa, which has been made possible thanks to the great dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism of the team I lead, and who have once again demonstrated that with dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism, the result is better than expected, said Ángel Alonso, General Manager of the AV systems integration company.
César Sanz, Sales Director for Iberia and France, commented: "This fantastic project at Fersa's headquarters in Spain demonstrated our ability to meet their precise needs and requirements, with the scope and freedom to evolve their screens to suit future needs. We continue to gain incredible momentum for LED projects around the world, and we are delighted that the screens are having an incredible impact for such a prestigious customer".
The audiovisual integration in Fersa's new corporate building not only meets technical requirements but significantly elevates the experience in both the lobby and auditorium, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence in technological and audiovisual solutions. This project is a testament to the ability to adapt and innovate in the creation of modern, technologically advanced corporate environments, concluded the AV systems integration company.
