Noelle Russell, Founder and Chief AI Officer of the AI Leadership Institute, will deliver the keynote address at the AVIXA Women’s Breakfast during InfoComm 2025, under the theme Navigating Challenges, Embracing Triumphs: Empowering Women in Leadership, on Thursday, June 12 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Recognized as a pioneer for women in technology, Noelle Russell will deliver an inspiring talk, sharing powerful stories of resilience and success from women in leadership roles. She will address the unique challenges women face in their professional journeys and reveal the keys to overcoming obstacles with determination and authenticity.

The AVIXA Women’s Council Breakfast is one of the most popular events at InfoComm each year. It brings together AV professionals with the shared goal of supporting each other’s careers. Speakers include Kay Sargent, Director of Thought Leadership at HOK (Interiors), and Jenn Steinhardt, Design Engineer at AVI-SPL and Chair of the AVIXA Diversity Council. They will explore the impact of spatial zoning, sensory areas, patterns, textures, colors, and lighting in transforming ordinary workplaces into supportive and inspiring environments.

On Wednesday, June 11, at AVIXA Xchange LIVE, Erica Carroll from Pro AV Courses, George Chacko from Pace University, and Brittany Greer from Rosie Riveters will participate in the panel Building the Blueprint: Engineering the Path from STEM Kits to Careers. They will share how they are building a diverse talent pipeline from hands-on classroom moments to higher education pathways.
