DSS Europe 2025 is set to energise, inspire, and connect industry professionals and brands from around the world.

Digital Signage Summit (DSS) Europe takes place from 21 to 23 May at Hilton Munich Airport, with Google's ChromeOS as the headline sponsor. This highly anticipated event, organised by invidis in partnership with Integrated Systems Events (ISE), is also supported by Lenovo as Premium Event Partner and M-Cube as Technology Partner, along with other prominent brands.

Enhanced networking powered by AI

New for 2025, the DSS Europe app, sponsored by Lenovo, is a major highlight of this edition. The app features an advanced matchmaking engine that suggests meaningful connections among attendees and between attendees and exhibitors, based on shared interests. Users can schedule meetings or start conversations directly within the app, significantly enriching the event experience.

To further enhance networking, DSS Europe introduces the Matchmaking Lounge, also sponsored by Lenovo, open on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 May. This dedicated space facilitates meetings and professional interactions driven by the intelligent suggestions provided by the app.

 

Technological solutions and innovations

M-Cube returns as Technology Partner for the second consecutive year, supporting DSS Europe with digital signage touchpoints throughout the venue to guide delegates to the 24 exhibiting companies, daily keynotes, and conference sessions. M-Cube provides dynamic content scheduling with real-time updates to ensure key information such as the agenda, session details, and lunch timings are always accessible through interactive and engaging displays.

Several exhibitors present new sustainable signage solutions in the Green Signage Lounge, sponsored by Phillips Professional Display Systems. The lounge showcases eco-friendly technologies from brands including Broadsign, Dynascan, LED Studio, Nexmosphere, Sharp-NEC, Sony, and Visionect. Hands-on sessions at DSS Europe

This year's edition features a ChromeOS masterclass titled Google's Innovation Engine: Fueling Next-Level Digital Signage with AI, ChromeOS & Unmatched Stability. This session, taking place on 22 May, highlights recent developments in Google's technology stack, focusing on how AI, web-first delivery, and ChromeOS provide stability, efficiency, and control in digital signage environments.

The invidis Compass workshop presents the updated web-based interface of the Compass platform, first launched at DSS Europe 2023. This tool offers structured, expert-verified comparisons of digital signage CMS solutions and now includes use-case filters to support project-specific selections. The session concludes with a roundtable discussion on how integration services should be reflected in future iterations of the tool. Additionally, invidis sponsors a Green Signage workshop on 22 May, providing updates on EU sustainability regulations, eco-friendly innovations, and introducing the invidis carbon footprint calculator. Specialised breakfasts to start the day

  • Women's Breakfast: Sponsored by Lenovo, held on the morning of Friday, 23 May. This session aims to empower women in digital signage through a presentation and panel discussion, followed by networking over breakfast. Advance registration is required.
  • Regional Breakfasts: Sponsored by Phillips Professional Display Systems, two regional breakfasts will also take place on Friday: a French Market Breakfast in collaboration with Club du Digital Media, and a DACH Market Breakfast powered by invidis Impact. These events, held respectively in French and German, require advance registration.
