Great Nordic has inaugurated a new headquarters in Warsaw, equipped with 10 large-format professional BRAVIA displays from Sony.

The new office, highly functional and modern, does not have central reception desks in the office building; instead, everything is monitored electronically. Visitors use the parking lot and access the building with a QR code they receive in advance.

The office fits perfectly with our group’s motto: 'One GN'. The 2,000 m² space has been divided among the Finance, R&D, IT, and other departments. It serves as the main hub for the group’s Finance department in EMEA, as well as a significant part of R&D. We have 20 conference rooms, all equipped with Jabra video systems. The office space is organized very intelligently. The Experience Centre is separated from the administrative area by a spacious and beautiful kitchen, where events can be held, says Adrian Maslowski, Pre-Sales Account Manager at GN Audio Poland Sp. z o.o.

At the entrance, guests are welcomed by an impressive 75-inch Sony BRAVIA BZ40L display. The rest of the equipment is located in the conference rooms. Most of these are small spaces designed for 2 to 4 people to collaborate, with the option to include remote participants. Hybrid work is the norm at GN. An important element in every room is the display, audio solutions, and lighting. Special attention has also been paid to acoustics.

"The monitors operate with PanaCast 50 and PanaCast 50 VBS (Android). Integration was very simple and intuitive. The systems communicate via the CEC protocol, enabling full work automation and eliminating the need for remote controls for the displays", adds Adrian Masłowski.

Why Sony BRAVIA Professional displays

"Professional BRAVIA displays from Sony were installed in the Experience Centre. We selected high-end models ranging from 55" to 75" (BZ40L). For us, the key aspects were image quality and the deep black matte coating, as well as the viewing angles in relation to the camera’s 180° coverage. The PRO mode was also an advantage, allowing us to adjust settings to our needs and helping us to perfectly configure the displays with our video systems. Sony’s BRAVIA BZ40L series features a Deep Black anti-glare coating, ensuring deep blacks without reflections or glare on the screen. This means the monitor displays detailed 4K HDR images with exceptional quality, regardless of viewing angles or lighting conditions. The displays offer a brightness of 700 nits.

The Pro mode allows the monitor’s settings to be customized to the organization’s specific needs. Remote control functions and selected inputs can be disabled, operating times scheduled, and buttons personalized. The configuration can be saved and easily copied from one monitor to another using a USB drive.
